Listing Agreement So Great?
- Cancel the listing at anytime. Either you or I
can cancel just by calling and saying that we want to
cancel the listing. It's simply that easy.
The cancellation becomes effective at the time you call.
Please allow 2 business days for signage to be
removed and the listing withdrawn from the Maui Multiple
Listing Service.
- No Pressure Presentation. I will never allow
you to be "pressured" with an offer by the buyer's
agent. All offers will be faxed or delivered to my
office, and presented to you by phone, so you can make
your decisions privately.
Tom has strong opinions about real estate service.
He believes that if you are unhappy with the service you
receive, you should have the power to terminate the listing
agreement. It takes a strong belief in the quality of
one's service to make this kind of stand, but Tom never
settles for less than the highest professional standards
from himself and his staff. He is confident that you
will be so satisfied that you listed your property with him
that you will gladly refer him to your friends.
